COLORADO BABY SHOWER!

As the celebration of babies continues, Shawn & I were in CO this past weekend for an absolutely amazing shower put on by our Moms, Aunt Cindy, Aunt Pam & Aunt Judy. They had it at The Ranch Country Club where I grew up and everything was SO beautiful! The room was amazing, the decorations were too cute, and so many wonderful friends and family were there. I had so much fun and loved every minute of it. Thanks to everyone for making it a truly memorable day!
I only wish I had been able to take more pictures - so if anyone got some good ones, please email them my way - ashleysaints@hotmail.com

Here are some pictures of how pretty the room looked. The last one is really dark, but I wanted to show the view of the mountains through the window - WOW!

All the beautiful gifts

Adorable Christmas outfits from Megan & Jeanette

Aunt Judy made the most beautiful blankets, hats and baby ponchos! She is SO talented! Here is Molly wearing one of the hats - SO CUTE!

Yummy cupcakes from Karen and homemade mints by Aunt Judy. And the red velvet baby block cake, so pretty.
My nephews Everett & Reis were able to come towards the end and help polish off some cupcakes.
Here are the proud Grandmas and expert party planners - thanks to them both for everything!!

CALIFORNIA BABY SHOWER!

Last weekend was my baby shower here in CA. There were a lot of hands involved to put on a GREAT party. Everything was so beautiful and it was a ton of fun. Thanks to everyone that helped, especially my friends Julie & Sarah who did all the amazing food - Sonja who let us use her beautiful home - Sumi for the fun games (I love games!) - and of course to my mom who came in town for it and helped with all the details and planning.
Here are some pictures taken by the lovely Sailor.

The ladies working hard in the kitchen and me with my mom.

The food spread included some my favorites - chocolate dipped fruit and pretzels, yummy salads and a delicious and super cute cake! All the food was done by Julie and Sarah (the 2 beautiful blondes here)

My close friend Zeb was a good sport by being the only guy there.
And Billie (my 94 year old friend from church looks like she was very comfortable!

Here is Juliann with her adorable new baby Brinley - I hope our girls are this pretty :)
And Sumi putting on one of the hilarious games.

There were SO many gifts! I'm so grateful for everyone's generous support!
I had so much fun opening all the cute things.

And here are the "totally practical" tutu outfits my mom got the girls. They are insanely cute! Too bad nobody is having fun with girls :)

A HUGE THANKS to everyone that came to the shower and all of those who helped to make it an awesome day! Shawn & I are so grateful to have such amazing friends and family.

25 1/2 Weeks

I have been behind on Belly pics - but here I am at 25 weeks and 4 days. The big headline for this part of the pregnancy is "I'm Tired!" As I'm sure anyone who has ever been pregnant would agree, it is very difficult to sleep. There is really no comfortable position and I toss and turn all night. But I keep reminding myself that I won't sleep much when they are here, so I better get used to it!

I also thought it would be interesting to show the contrast of me in the same shirt at 17 weeks. Wow!
